Gaining Speed & Automation through HRIS Enhancements
One of the largest producers and marketers of natural gas lines in the US, our client has many partners nationally and has a focus on providing a suite of services that move natural gas from wellhead to market.
The client’s Human Resources department needed to modernize their HRIS systems and processes around recruiting and talent management. They used Taleo for recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors for talent management, and both systems required enhancements including automated workflows and notifications. In addition to managing these system enhancements, SBE was also asked to review all Taleo & SuccessFactors processes for improvement opportunities.
Our team helped the client perform comprehensive requirements gathering for the two systems. Upgrades would include multiple automated processes and new built-in system notifications. To support end-to-end build, testing, and validation, SBE provided system administrators for both Taleo and SuccessFactors as resources to the client. These administrators also provided thorough training and supporting documentation for the HR team.
The SuccessFactors and Taleo enhancements were completed as promised, in addition to other optimization enhancements recommended by SBE consultants. Our client provided positive feedback on the consultants who worked on this initiative, as well as the project outcome. Since, the client has chosen to rehire the team for the completion of two additional HR projects.
