Uniting Global Employees Under One System

The Client

Our client is a global brewing company with 18,000 employees, several dozen breweries, and brands in more than 50 countries. Their passion is brewing, innovating, and delighting the world’s beer drinkers.

The Challenge

After years of acquisition-based growth, the company launched a program aimed at aligning its people, processes, and technologies around the globe. The program was designed to integrate HR processes and bring everyone onto the SuccessFactors platform, eliminating numerous other platforms and tools, which had the potential to become unwieldy as time went on.

The Solution

We led and executed Organizational Change Management for the program, implementing SuccessFactors modules that included: Goal Setting, Performance Management, Compensation, and Employee Central. We conducted Change Impact Assessments and created unique Change Management Strategies for each module. This aspect of the initiative presented challenges since the largest group of impacted employees worked in breweries with limited computer access. Because of the global reach and number of employees, we created and led a Change Network for each module. We also created and executed all communications and training for each go-live, including Train the Trainer sessions for global trainers. All communications and training materials were translated into 10 languages to support global end-users.

The Impact

Strong-Bridge Envision supported multiple global go-lives for this ERP Implementation. Our team supported Change Networks in each region (US / Canada, UK / Europe, and International) with over 150 Change Champions. We also trained more than 50 trainers and delivered more than 400 training sessions. This was a large-scale optimization and standardization effort that met with great success.
