Renea Rayner
Renea Rayner
Renea brings a unique blend of operations and consulting expertise to her role as Managing Director. This allows her to dig deep technically, while keeping focus on the big picture. She is respected for her ability to unpack complicated business challenges as much as she is for matching the right consultant to the problem. As Account Director for Strong-Bridge, Renea was considered a “go to” for clients who trusted her to have their best interests at heart. Prior to these positions, Renea held roles in finance for a variety of industries, including footwear and communications.
Renea holds a BA in Finance from Washington State University College of Business and Economics. She is also the super-proud mom of two incredible children, Myles and Caraline. She is passionate about giving back to her community. She has spearheaded giveback programs within the company and encouraged others to join in.
Carolyn O’Brien
Carolyn O’Brien
Carolyn leads Strong-Bridge Envision’s Southeast Region, where she draws on an expansive career in business development, marketing, and consulting. She is respected for her ability to rally teams and people and has a reputation for her integrity and her ability to cultivate long-standing relationships. Carolyn leverages her diverse business experience to identify actionable insights and opportunities that fuel growth, optimize investments, and support corporate objectives.
She’s also the founder of Two Tailz Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming homeless and abused dogs, and has a patent portfolio for innovations in the pet industry. If that weren’t enough, Carolyn teaches and speaks at various MBA programs in the metro Atlanta area and acts as a coach and mentor to MBA Capstone students. She earned her BA in English from Wake Forest University and her MBA from Georgia State University.
Darren Doyle
Darren Doyle
Darren leads Strong-Bridge Envision’s Rocky Mountain Region. For over 25 years, he has worked in business and technology consulting, with a passion for helping businesses increase financial performance through strategic transformation. Prior to Strong-Bridge Envision, Darren was a Vice President at Envision Business Consulting, a role in which he consulted with senior level executives at medium and large size businesses to strategically improve their business performance. Darren also held senior leadership roles with Accenture and Avanade. His industry experience includes retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, software, telecommunications, and media.
He holds a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College. Darren lives in Denver with his wife Karen, and their three boys. Two of his lifelong pursuits include sailing and skiing— ask him about the time he sat through Hurricane Bob on a sailboat.
Kelly Bolin
Kelly Bolin
Dr. Kelly Bolin leads Human Capital Management consulting within Talent & Organization Performance. Prior to joining Strong-Bridge-Envision, Kelly held leadership positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mercer HR Consulting, and Ernst & Young Management Consulting.
For more than 25 years, Kelly has advised companies in the areas of organization design and development, human capital strategy, organization change strategies, cost reduction, and process redesign. Kelly has led org design efforts saving millions in over 25 companies including Pepsi, Hewlett Packard, AT&T, and Sun Microsystems. Kelly holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the California School of Organizational Studies in Los Angeles.
Kelly grew up in a small town in Oklahoma, spent 10 years in Los Angeles and has enjoyed calling Denver home for about 18 years. He is married to his wife of 24 years and rides herd over 4 rowdy kids whom he cherishes. On those rare moments of solitude, you’ll find Kelly in the mountains out on a river with a fly rod.
John Starr
John Starr
John has over 24 years of management consulting experience, leading projects across a variety of industries, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, telecom, retail, and technology. He has a unique ability to help organizations reduce organizational complexity and reengineer business processes, which in turn helps his clients reduce cost and bolster revenue. John is respected for his ability to effectively lead through diverse situational challenge. He has delivered time and again on multi-national projects that are focused on customer strategy, CRM, and call center.
John earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and holds a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. When he’s not busy at work, he’s likely planning his next travel adventure.
Dan Rayner
Dan Rayner
With nearly two decades of consulting experience, Dan has a proven ability to lead and manage projects that help his clients achieve their goals. He is also adept at building the kinds of relationships that are needed to develop trust — a vital part of unpacking technical and strategic initiatives in order to develop a roadmap for success. Dan’s industry experience is emphasized by wireless, telecom, and high-tech— a focus that has made him especially adept at leading technology-focused programs in highly stressful and often time sensitive environments. Prior to Strong-Bridge and Strong-Bridge Envision, Dan was a senior consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
Dan received his B.S. in Management Information Systems and a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Idaho. When he’s not working, Dan is either adventuring outdoors or through any number of home projects. He enjoys mountaineering, SCUBA diving, woodworking, and home remodeling.
Kent Corley
Kent Corley
Kent has many years of experience in building and deploying complex technology solutions in a variety of industries, using on premises and cloud-based delivery models. Kent started his career as a software developer, working with several large telecommunication carriers. He then made the move to consulting, working with Accenture and earning their “Master Technical Architect” distinction. After his tenure there, he helped launch an early stage cloud-based marketing start-up. Today, at Strong-Bridge Envision, Kent brings his rich experience to a variety of client challenges— helping them solve big business and technology problems, and plot a successful course for the future.
Kent earned his B.S. in Finance, Management Information Systems from the Darla Moore School of Business and his MS in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University. Outside of work, you’re likely to find Kent in the great outdoors, where he puts aside technology to enjoy disconnected time with his family.
Karin Thompson Brown
Karin Thompson Brown
Karin is the Practice Director for Business Optimization at Strong-Bridge Envision. She has over 30 years of industry and consulting experience in controllership, strategic organization development, business operations, program management, and change management. She is known as an innovative problem-solver and decision-maker with a passion for systems thinking. Karin has the keen ability to look at the performance of end-to-end processes and how an organization is currently positioned to deliver on their mission and design short and long-term solutions to improve process capabilities. Her approach includes implementing meaningful feedback mechanisms into structures so that an organization builds the muscle capability of data driven decision-making.
As a strategist and coach, she enjoys working with clients and consultants to connect them to their personal, teams’, and organizations’ values and design optimization strategies that work together. Outside of work, Karin is just as passionate about making an impact. She mentors leaders in her community on how they can bring their authentic selves into the work that means the most to them. She and her husband are actively involved in transforming education in their local school district through a strengths-based engagement model.
Danyel LaGow

Danyel is a seasoned customer experience leader and Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), helping guide enterprise-wide teams in the technology, healthcare, and insurance industries for nearly two decades. Her approach is dedicated to customer experience—working with organizations to build strategies and frameworks that put the customer squarely at the center. She is passionate about helping her clients crack the status quo to meet the needs of their customers in new ways and engaging employees along the way to foster a customer-centric culture.
When she’s not creating customer excellence, you’re likely to find Danyel with her family, volunteering with her kids’ activities, or finding ways to enjoy the outdoors in the sunshine.
Alain Paolini
Alain Paolini
Alain Paolini has extensive U.S. and international experience in talent management, organizational change management, and sales/operations performance. His career is defined by these endeavors. It has also made him highly sought after for his expertise, and his ability to lead change, as well as shape, manage, and deliver on large-scale transformation. In his career, Alain has led nine business transformations, and created and implemented more than 25 talent management programs for sales, operations, and management workforces. Alain has held several senior Consulting and Corporate roles, including as a Partner/Senior Executive with Accenture, and as a Vice-President with Level 3 Communications/CenturyLink.
When he’s not at work, Alain enjoys catching a movie, watching sports, and indulging in some good dark chocolate. He’s also a skilled storyteller; to him, everything is a story waiting to be told. He has held several non-profit board positions, and is the current Board Chair for Girls Inc. of Metro Denver. and referees youth soccer games. He and his wife also stay busy with two teenagers, whom he believes make their lives a pretty great adventure. Alain earned his B.A. in International Business from NEOMA Business School, Rouen, France and an M.S. in Industrial Administration from Purdue University.

Anand is the Head of Digital & Analytics at HCL Technologies. In this role, he drives the practice’s overall growth and services strategy including global corporate development, strategic partnerships and next-generation services.
With over 20 years of industry experience across IT Applications, Infrastructure, and Cloud, Anand has driven major acquisitions and investments for HCL in the US and Europe. He has played a key role in shaping the company’s organic & inorganic strategies for ITO & Digital services.
Rachel Powers

Rachel is the Global Head for Digital Consulting solutions at our Digital & Analytics practice. She has been part of the industry for well over 2-decades and specializes in building innovative products and services. She has lent her expertise to some of the biggest brands in the world including, Apple, Google, Cisco, Oracle, etc. Rachel is the recipient of many awards and industry recognitions including Best of Innovation Honoree at CES, IDEA Design Excellence Award, GOOD Design Award, Red Dot Design Award Core77 Design Award etc.
